Richard began working with Construct over a year ago as a Head of Learning on our Cape Town team. As the EMEA Head of Learning, Richard leads and supports the learning team through building vision, capacity, and processes. Richard has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Stellenbosch University, a Bachelor of Psychology Degree from the University of South Africa, and a Master’s Degree in Theology from Stellenbosch University. Richard has over five years of professional experience in the field of education with expertise spanning lecturing, academic management, learning design, and learning strategy. He is further skilled in the areas of research, teaching, and management.
