TÜV SÜD trains and manages over 800 experts and 24,500 employees from over 1,000 locations around the world. What Are the Goals?

 

TÜV SÜD began working with Construct to transition their intensive in-person workshops (~200 workshops) to Moodle through the use of engaging learning design and high-quality production. Construct is supporting the entire program’s transition to online learning; currently, all workshops take place face-to-face. As a part of this transition, Construct has taken on production projects not only for their workshops but also to onboard TÜV SÜD subject-matter experts (SMEs) to be prepared to support the entirety of the project. With a fully dedicated TÜV SÜD & Construct team working together, we have set out to develop 40 courses throughout the year of 2020 successfully .

What Makes This Project Unique?

 

TÜV SÜD is moving its workshops online for the very first time with Construct’s dedicated support. This process will include quality learning design, production of videos and motion graphics, and overall program design. Due to the nature of the workshops and learning concepts, this project is  unique in that it requires a quick delivery pace paired with complicated, technical content. The complexity of this project requires that every detail be correct and exact. These two aspects combined are critical to ensuring that auditors are accurately informed about how to properly adhere to laws and regulations.
