We need you

We are seeking Learning Designers with skills and experience in exceptional quality instructional design to support the design and production of world-class digital and blended learning experiences for world-leading clients.

As a learning designer at Proversity, you will have a strong understanding of how people learn, a keen interest in learning science and a strong grasp what great online and blended learning experiences look like.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a keen learning designer with the ability to work in collaboration with a range of colleagues, including a dedicated Learning Strategist, course builders and production specialists who will work with you to design and deliver exception and impactful learning.

To do

  • Works closely with a dedicated learning strategist to formulate a learning design which meets clients’ practical and pedagogical needs, as identified at the ‘Discovery Phase’
  • Works according to a set of Learning Design principles and Quality Standards formulated by the Chief Learning Officer
  • Supports clients to complete video scripts and course text, with reference to Proversity’s video scripting guidelines
  • Reviews and QAs video scripts against Proversity’s video scripting guidelines and the Design Brief
  • Identifies design questions and resolves them with support from the Learning Strategist
  • Works with the Production Team to oversee the production and internal and client review of videos and other media assets
  • QAs the Course Atlas before handing it over to Course Builders
  • Supports Learning Architects to evaluate courses, e.g. arranging and running questionnaires and focus groups, with reference to an evaluation plan developed by the Learning Architect

You’ll need to be good at

  • Learning design: with a strong understanding of how people learn, a keen interest in learning science and an awareness of what great online and blended learning experiences look like
  • The detail: working with a sharp eye for detail to drive exceptional quality levels
  • Building Relationships: developing trusted advisor relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Learning and development: driven by an appetite to learn and development, you will work closely with our strategists to understand and apply best practice in online and blended design-
