We are seeking an exceptional and driven Client Service Manager (CSM) to help us deliver world-class service and sector-leading digital products to our portfolio of global clients. As CSM you will play a critical role in managing our delivery team to achieve exceptional product delivery and client. You will act as a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) yourself for a portfolio of ‘platinum’ UK and European clients, drawing on your sector-leading project and people management skills to build strong and trusting client relations and drive the delivery of world-class projects, resulting in repeat business. As a senior member of the Proversity management team, you will also support business development, lead internal improvement projects and act as a role-model for exceptional client relationships and project delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will be an exceptional communicator with a reputation for building meaningful, trusting relationships with world-class clients. You will be a strategic thinker and have strong problem-solving skills. You must have 4+ years experience working in professional services, proven experience managing a team, and 2-4 years proven experience in a related role (e.g. Head of Delivery, Account Manager, Relationship Manager). Client travel will be required across the UK and Europe.
